Payments & Billing - Payments must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise.

- No refunds once balance is consumed.
Service Availability - We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Prohibited Activities

- unauthorized caller ID spoofing
- fraud, scams, harassment
